MISSION STATEMENT

In its areas of expertise (Hollow Metal, Furniture, Wire Mesh and Toilet Accessories), Viking Products will produce products to customer (architects) specifications. Viking will add value to every project by producing consistent high quality products on time and to specifications. Viking will resolve issues in an expedient manner. Viking will support all trades in the progress of any project.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Viking Products has the most experienced staff of any detention furniture or mesh manufacturer. Mike Peterson
has over 30 years of experience delivering projects in the industry. Travis Peterson has lead engineering, sales and operations for the last 20 years. Sebastian Peralta is an Engineering specialist with over 10 years of experience in the detention industry.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mike Peterson has been manufacturing and marketing detention furniture, wire mesh and accessories to the
industry for thirty years. Founding a manufacturing company is 1977 and operating it until he sold its assets to ISI in 2008. Shortly after that, Mike became director of marketing and business development for ISI until he left that position in 2012. Mike’s expertise runs from design, architectural take off, detailing and manufacturing.

 

Travis Peterson is an industry specialist with over 25 years of experience in detention metal fabrication.  Starting at Peterson Detention Inc. back in 1996, Travis quickly excelled to become a laser & robotic welding programmer. In 2000, he began work in the engineering department & took over management of engineering operations from 2004-2006. From there, Travis dedicated 6 years to the sales department and eventually became Vice President of Sales, Marketing, & Engineering until May of 2012. With his years of expertise, Travis is proud to represent Viking Products as President.
 

Sebastian Peralta has over 14 years of professional experience in Drafting, Design and Engineering. He joined
the Peterson Detention team late in 2007 and excelled as part of the Engineering team for over 5 years, eventually moving on to Viking Products in February of 2013. Sebastian is in charge of creating submittals and fabrication drawings and documents specially catered to our Customer’s needs.

David Peterson joined Viking Products in 2013 after graduating from Concordia University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics.  Heading up sales and marketing, David has become a rising star in the detention marketplace and a key member of the Viking family.
